"We were first-time home buyers and our long journey resulted into highly satisfied family with exactly what we have envisioned a vision shaped up throughout the journey, thanks to Rachelle who has become part of our journey as a partner and at no time we have felt as if she’s just our realtor. Being first-time buyers, we didn’t have much insight but started our search independently with some criteria. As the stress started to build, within short time, we have realized how picky we were and truly needed a guide but at the same time we knew any external pressure would top up the stress. We have started our conversations with few realtors and we were nearly trapped in budget boundaries as the realtors were genuinely trying to find something within our budget. However, this approach didn’t workout for us as we needed to gain exposure on what it means for what we are looking and market response to those. Then we met Rachelle, We still remember our initial conversation; was solely on what we are looking to call a house as our home. She immediately understood what is needed which was bit vague even for us an effort to understand the market, price points for what we are looking. This is where the journey started becoming interesting and less of a stress. The approach Rachelle took was to shape up our virtual visualization into real world showing us several homes with varying degree of matching. This approach immensely helped us realize and connect the dots of our expectations to reality. As one can imagine, this turned out a long journey. Rachelle was there with us all along providing the necessary inputs and in the process enabling us being more prudent in how we would approach in our search. Again, at no point we were ever asked or pressured to close on a deal. As we gained more knowledge, we have started to offer on homes Rachelle was very prompt and informative. While Rachelle provided all the inputs, she still maintained the stress-free zone for us leaving us deciding on the offer. Always positive and encouraging us to keep the search on until we felt comfortable in making a closing offer based on the knowledge, she enabled us to acquire. Finally, we have closed on a home we truly loved and embraced. Now the closing process Since we found a partner in Rachelle, we have started to take her lead and worked with the people she recommended. This proved even better during the closing process. The deal was closed in 30 days and I never had to stick my nose into the process, an excellent team lead by Rachelle. We just had to fulfill our commitments as needed. Now as I sit in my backyard blessed with nature’s great views and think back, still wonder how this journey became stress free and exciting. It’d been a week in our home and Rachelle is still on our side taking care of few improvements arranging personnel, introducing us to essential service providers etc. Just the fact that Rachelle is there to help us even after the closure is the testament how passionate she’s helping her clients.
